No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once an order has been placed.
In the event of an error attributable to the shop (such as incorrect item, size, or defect in workmanship), a replacement product will be provided at no additional cost. This is the sole remedy offered for issues arising from the shop’s error.
